Business Development Representative
Our client is a rapidly growing outsourcing company that helps businesses streamline back-office operations, based in the Central Jersey/Edison area. They are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Representative to join their team. The Business Development Representative will be reach out to warm and cold leads and build relationships with potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and networking skills. This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary plus commission, with room to grow into a more senior position.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with prospects from conferences and networking events.
  • Present the company’s value proposition in a clear and compelling way.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for senior business development team members.
  • Track and manage outreach activity in CRM systems.
  • Learn and grow into a closing role with increasing client ownership.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (internship or entry-level experience also considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident speaking with business leaders.
  • Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into a senior sales position.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not required).
