Our client is seeking a Director to oversee accounting and financial operations across a substantial portfolio of Skilled Nursing Facilities. This role sits at the center of the organization’s back-office function and plays a critical role in ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and scalable processes across a complex, multi-entity environment. Key Responsibilities Lead accounting and financial operations across multiple SNF entities Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting Establish and maintain internal controls and standardized processes Manage, mentor, and develop accounting and finance teams Drive consistency across facilities while supporting operational realities Partner closely with executive leadership and operations Support system improvements, process optimization, and scale initiatives Act as a senior finance leader within a growing SNF platform Qualifications Prior leadership experience in accounting or finance within healthcare Strong understanding of multi-entity accounting environments Experience with close, reporting, and internal controls Ability to manage teams and influence across functions Skilled Nursing Facility experience strongly preferred
